28 February 2011

Evaluating Truthfulness and Credibility (ETAC) is a program designed and approved by Dr Paul Ekman - internationally renowned facial analysis expert, who has studied this field for over 40 years. Ekman’s research forms the basis for the popular television series Lie to Me

The four-day program brings cutting edge behavioural science to real world business applications. Designed to develop a person's ability to understand and manage their own emotions as well as the skill to recognise emotions in others so that they can understand and engage with them constructively.  It covers the psychological models behind truth and lies, plus the skills required to identify 'Hotspots' - instances when the strain between what we are thinking and what we are feeling produce observable/audible indicators.

The course is designed to help you to read others and evaluate the degree of truthfulness and credibility in what they are communicating to you.

What difference could it make to your business if you were skilled in reading peoples real thoughts emotions rather than relying on their verbal or traditional methods of communication?
