We base our coaching on four key phases of interaction, the four ‘c’s of Consideration, Capture, Consequences and Commitment.
Our coaching assignments commence with an in-depth needs analysis, a triangular meeting with the participant’s manager at the start and finish of the assignment, regular work in progress with an account manager and the client and full written reporting.
Importantly we believe in results and ROI is determined up front to ensure all parties are clear on what success will look like for each assignment. All our coaches run through an internal training program and obtain regular supervision with qualified and independent coaching psychologists.
