Jennifer has over 10 years experience within financial services and professional services recruitment and human resources, spanning Australia and the United Kingdom. At Madston Black she is responsible for managing and developing key client accounts within Sydney. As Account Manager she manages the strategic operations and delivery of small and large scale leadership programs, working alongside coaches, facilitators, consultants and senior management to successfully deliver a variety of tailored leadership and development programs.
Prior to working with Madston Black, Jennifer has worked with HSBC Australia, American Express and the Macquarie Group, managing domestic and international recruitment and human resources projects. At HSBC she managed the rollout of a national development program ‘FastTrack’ for talented juniors that showed the potential to move into key mid-to-senior management positions. During these positions she built strong relationships with a variety of internal business heads and enthusiastically took the opportunity to coach and mentor junior HR colleagues.
In the UK market, Jennifer worked as Senior Consultant within the global recruitment firm, Michael Page International, and managed a successful professional services marketing desk. In this role she worked closely with a variety of small, medium and large legal, accountancy, management consultancy and property consultancy businesses across London. Leading the business in recruitment revenue, she was awarded 3 ‘high flyer’ trips across Europe and demonstrated a real passion and energy in the work that she produced.
Jennifer has a Bachelors degree in Commerce from the University of Sydney and more recently has shown a particular interest in psychology, completing a Graduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the Australian College of Applied Psychology (ACAP). Throughout this course she has counselled groups and individuals and she continues this work in the corporate world by helping individuals and businesses achieve the best that they can. She is a current student member of the Counsellors and Psychotherapists Association of NSW.
