Peter is a broadly experience senior executive with over 20 years experience as a Managing Director, CEO and CFO across a diverse range of industries, including human resources, packaging, brewing, hospitality, commercial furniture and coal mining. Peter began his commercial career as an Accountant and then moved into leadership roles where the focus was on business turnarounds and new start ups.
During his years of executive coaching, Peter has worked with senior executives within industries ranging from IT&T, Banking & Finance, FMCG, Government and Academia; facing issues such as improving performance, interpersonal workplace relationships in cross-cultural environments, on-boarding, managing regional communications with head office, and workplace stress. Peter’s coaching style is grounded in active listening with a strong focus on business results and accountability.
In the past, Peter has held senior leadership roles in both US and Australian owned and operated multinational corporations in Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, China, Australia and New Zealand. This has included bottom line responsibility for companies with revenues in excess of $100m.
Peter has been an agent of change tasked with returning companies to profitability; delivering shareholder value; and building dynamic, high performing teams capable of delivering strong results.
Peter is a Fellow CPA, and has a Graduate Diploma in Business Studies from the University of Technology (Sydney).
He is a certified MRG Consultant (Leadership Effectiveness Analysis and Personal Directions); a member of the International Coaching Federation; a certified coach through Corporate CoachU of the USA; and a highly experience Career Coach.
